All Marine TAS provides an online advertising platform for marine items, vessels, equipment, services, moorings and related advertisements in Tasmania. We are not a party to any transaction between advertisers and buyers.

All Marine TAS does not own, inspect, verify, guarantee or sell any item, vessel or service advertised on the platform. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements and for meeting any licensing, registration, survey or regulatory requirements that apply to them.

Advertisements relating to quota or licences are advertising only. Publishing or responding to an advertisement does not create, transfer or register any entitlement. Parties must complete any transfer through the proper channels.

Advertisements remain active for up to 12 months and can be renewed by the advertiser. We may remove advertisements that are fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
